Several Drops throughout the day and FREE sim dump

Some of the 5 commissions for free will be emailed today.
Tier 2-3 public releases will be put into a sim dump. It's almost a new year so this will be a huge free sim dump.
Tier 1 will have several WIPS of the new releases for non-celeb sims.
