Tiers 2-4, Shop items, Outside commissions

I am about to release sims for today and especially Tier 2 please read this!!!

Starting today ALL sims on Tiers 2-4 will be released via a google drive access. Again, you MUST put which tier you are on, your name and email address associated with your Patreon to gain access to ANY drive. These are individual drives so you must do this for every sim.

Tier 1 sims will be normal unless another issue occurs.

SHOP ITEMS- Starting today if you buy a shop item the digital product will be sent to your email provided. You must message me upon purchase so I can send your item asap. Starting today as well if you use IOS instead of web you will wait for the purchase to clear which is 75 days. I ask for ALL members or merchants not to use IOS in joining memberships or buying shop items due to it charges you more and I do not get access to the transaction funds for 75 days.

MEMBERSHIPS- Same as above. If you have used IOS and I have already talked to you this does not include you just, please remember next time. Tiers 2-4 ALL sims are available through Google Drives. You MUST follow the instructions on gaining access stated above.

OUTSIDE COMMISSIONS:

Payment is due upfront before I begin on any commission. The prices are listed in the pinned post at the top of this page. If you are not sure of details etc., please email me at houseofskins30@gmail.com

Time frame for production of sims depends on the number of sims put in the order. Normal time frame period for 2-3 sims is 3-5 days depending on the difficulty of creation/instructions.

Rush Fees are offered as in "same day or next day" guaranteed. The fee is #per sim/sims.

DEALS/SALES are limited to certain times in each month. I normally have them at the beginning of the month and the end of the month. Certain Holiday sales occur as well.

Outside Commissions are PRIVATE not for the public or resale.

Payment options are either through PayPal or Cash App.

I offer 3 kinds of commissions

Facemask, Premium full body and Pre-made

Facemasks include facemask only, eyes and tray files $ 3.50 USD Per sim

Premium Commissions include 8K Full body skin with face, eyes and tray files $ 10.50 USD Per Sim (Note hair base or no hair base are both an option for these just let me know up front)

Pre-made Commissions include 8K Full body skin with face, eyes and tray files $ 15-20 USD Per Sim (Price depends on the sim) These sims are some of my personal best sims I am willing to offer through commissions. Each month I do offer Tier 4 access to one included in their membership.

Reminder Tier 3 google drive is closed atm if you are a new member and joined recently, please message me if you want sims that you do not have access through the drive so I can send them to you!!!
