The boss thing would be hotter-to me at least- if the woman is actually the one in the powerful position but submits to the guy because she likes giving up some control/power to get some balance her life. eg her being a lawyer (like me lol) and the guy being the hot paralegal who finds out about her kink and gets her to submit to him despite her being his boss or senior.
