Dacara croaked as she watched the little insects buzzing overhead. She had been scared a moment ago, angry even, though such thoughts were quickly fading from her mind. Images of bogs and ponds skimmed along her surface thoughts while anything deeper was to murky to see. There was a flick of her tongue as she ate another buzzing fly. So simple. So serene... she continued to shrink, turning green, as she surrendered her mind and body to this amphibious fate. She didn’t care. She didn’t have any emotion.
