I'm making a couple GIFs from the Philly Naked Bike Ride, using the exact colors and pixel dimensions of the original Gameboy screens.
I'd originally shot these as iPhone video, then converted to GIF (which I posted here already). Today I pulled up the existing GIF, converted to individual frames, to which I created some overlays (color, brightness, contrast and posterizing), then repositioned and saved each frame individually. Then I pulled up the adjusted frames in a new animation file, and saved the results as a new GIF.
Takes some time to do 72 frames.
