Raffle: Reinhardt gets NERF'd
Added 2017-05-19 23:36:29 +0000 UTCOne of our Members was given the boon of the lottery and because of this, his request was for the shift of a mighty knight named Reinhardt. The warrior was very strong and even in his old age managed to use a massive suit of armor and wield an immense hammer. The Society found it fit to... REDUCE this character's strength while also giving him a new chance at youth as exemplified by a younger member of his hero group... one Hana Song.
With just a little tinkering, both magical and mechanical, we managed to make the MEKA pilot's explosive finisher have an additional effect on those caught in the blast (ally or not)
