Ash bimbo trainer?

Perhaps an evil pokemon villain made a special ball to capture other people's pokemon but there was a defect that caused an interesting result. Their first test ended up being accident as they were confronted by an Officer Jenny and to get away they tried catching her Growlithe. However both Growlithe and Jenny ended up getting sucked into the pokeball and when released they had a pokegirl (human pokemon hybrid) who was obeying commands like a pokemon. Now we just have to make more of those pokeballs and pick some targets to conquer the region.

We need more young Ana. The baroness is nice and all but it has been constant. I propose a female reaper. Perhaps being a cosplayer of some sort or a horror fan.
