Because for my May cosplay, I thought MAI valentine would be a good pick π€ It's been ages I have this costume, I'm not even blonde anymore, but the love for the character is still the same π I'll wear a wig, though! I just didn't decide if I'm gonna style it more naturally or more true to the character π€ I'm tending to go for the more natural option, as it's a personal preference (and also because I'm terrible at styling wigs π ). I'll show previews when I have them! Anyways, I wanted to bring a good mood here since my IG is filled with news of the flood my city and state are facing. I don't know if you saw π But at this moment, we are reminded of the unpredictable nature of life. Today we are safe in our homes, but tomorrow everything can change out of sudden. It is a powerful reminder to value every moment, every loved one, and every experience. Life is fragile and ephemeral, and we should make the most of it, taking care of each other and our planet. The sharpness and volume of her hair is very difficult to achieve, so it comes out a bit much when I do see anyone cosplaying as her (or it could be that I'm just a bit harsh when it comes to Mai Valentine as she's my favorite next to Serenity Wheeler!). And please! I would love to see three sets of Mai from you if possible. The videos you shared on IG were really painful to watch as there is nothing more devastating than losing your home and loved ones in a blink of an eye. Praying that those 20 lost individuals find their way back safe and sound, and that you, Edu, your family and his family remain safe at all cost. And thank you for being a true cosplayer and the one in a million.

I'm so grateful that you're safe and wish nothing but the best for you and your family as well as relief for the victims.
