My trip to Brasília 🇧🇷
Added 2024-09-05 03:21:54 +0000 UTCHi patronites! ❤️ I'm back from my trip to Brasília and I wanted to share a little bit about how it went. But in short: It was a fun and emotionally intense few days 😂
Day 1:
I arrived in Brasília in the afternoon, and that evening, I had dinner with some friends at a very nice place with pork dishes (they were playing Avenged Sevenfold all the night! 🥺)! The vibe was so chill and perfect for catching up. I even tried a strawberry caipirinha there 🍹
Day 2:
I missed breakfast (oops!), but I had a fantastic lunch at a shopping mall. What made it so special was that even though the restaurants were on the second floor, the environment was open with lots of trees. I loved how spacious and flat the city is—it really stood out to me. Plus, the weather was lovely, sunny with pleasant temperatures!
Later in the afternoon, I visited my friend's house again and spent some time with her dog. He’s quite old, and honestly, it hit me hard. I couldn't hold back my tears, as it brought back a lot of memories. After that, I headed back to my hotel and went to the gym there! After that I ordered burger and fries for dinner. It's all about balance, huh? 😂
Day 3:
This was the big day! I woke up early, had breakfast, and then relaxed at the hotel because I knew I'd be on my feet for hours. After lunch (Italian pasta + parmigiana), I found this cool roller skate shop near the hotel and ended up buying a pair of quad skates! (Yes, I got a bit carried away and now I’m in debt 😂). Then I rushed back to the hotel to get ready for my friend's wedding. I’d love to share pics with her, but Patreon has this new rule about posting photos with other people without their permission (and I don’t want to bother her during her honeymoon). Anyway, the wedding was incredible, and though my outfit was stunning 💅 the shoes were SO uncomfortable! 🫠 But honestly, it was the most fun I’ve ever had at a wedding!
Day 4:
I woke up a little late but still made it to breakfast. I decided to explore a few tourist spots in Brasília since I hadn't seen much of the city on my previous work trips. I visited a place called "Pontão," and it was breathtaking! However, I made the mistake of going at noon, and remember the pleasant weather I mentioned earlier? Yeah, not so much this time. It was HOT. The city is incredibly dry, and the humidity was below 12% while I was there. I also stumbled upon a vintage car show that was happening nearby, which was really cool! On my way back to the hotel, the uber driver stopped at other tourist spots and I took some cool photos to show you 😊
Later, I met up with another friend I’ve only known online, and I got to hang out with her and her adorable little dogs (thankfully, I can post pics of them!) 🐶
Last Day:
I woke up at 5 AM to catch my flight back home. After two flights and some airport waiting time, I finally arrived back in Caxias at 1 PM. The first thing I did was feed Dasha and play with her. Then, I crashed at 4 PM and took a nap until 7 PM. After eating, showering, and organizing everything up, I went straight back to bed and slept for 12 hours straight 😂 I guess I was a little worn out from all the excitement, haha!
But overall, it was such a fun trip—I met up with friends, got to explore the city, ate very good food and even managed to tire myself out in the best way possible. Now I’m back to the routine, working on your August rewards ❤️

I don't have many opportunities to wear fancy outfits like that 😂 "I'm just a girl" 💅🎶 And yes, staying consistent with the gym while on vacation is definitely tough, but I powered through! 😭 I can't even believe it!!! It's a process to everyone! Your time to stay consistent will come too!🥺

And yes, seeing my friend's dog did bring up a lot of emotions, but it also helped us bond more deeply, which was really special. Unfortunately I was right with my suspicious, as her dog passed away yesterday 😭 He was 14yr old, just a baby 😭 And yes 🫠 those shoes were brutal 😂 but I’m glad the dress made up for it! PS: Mustang set was in 2023! But time really does fly 😂 Dasha definitely missed me, and I missed her too! It’s so good to be back, both with you all and with her. 😽💕

I also laughed a lot when watching both yours and Edu’s Instagram stories regarding the car show, the way he was squatting down next to the yellow car, haha. I’m glad you had a great time enjoying Brasilia and at your friend’s wedding, it looked magical. My weekend was great. I visited my newborn niece, and spent the whole day with her.
