She’s finally out of the shadows and ready to destroy every kaiju that crosses her path 😤
Say hello to my cosplay of Mina Ashiro, captain of the Third Division of the Defense Force in Kaiju No. 8! 🖤

Mina is serious, focused, and incredibly committed to her missions 💪 She protects others at all costs. But behind her cool and stoic demeanor, she’s someone deeply loyal, kind, and thoughtful. She carries the weight of responsibility on her shoulders, terrified of letting others down, yet never backs away from a fight.

Does she sounds like anyone you know? 👀 (cough cough) ahahaha 😂

Anyways! This bodysuit was imported last year from Cossky. Mina’s T–25101985 cannon was entirely handmade by me and Edu 🥰 It’s huge, detachable, and definitely not perfect, but I’m proud of what we made and I think we got some badass shots 😁 The other accessories, like the hair clips, boots and gas mask were all customized with things I already had at home!

It’s been a while since we built a big prop like this, and it felt amazing to dive back into something this bold and extra 😋
