Progress Report, 09/12 - 22

Hello everyone and welcome to another in the line of progress reports!

Widowmaker animation is underway, with the scene posed and the overall setting in place. Plans aren't entirely solid yet as to camera work, but there's a chance I'll be going for a more voyeuristic approach, while still having some close-ups, as to make the piece more dynamic. It'll only sport one pose, so as to make sure I have time to animate it before the 24:th, but it'll be longer than a usual loop and end in a creampie.

I'll be taking a brief break from the 24:th to the 31:st, returning with a New Years wallpaper, and after that I'll proceed as scheduled again. Sometimes we all just need to stuff our faces with obscene amounts of food and then recharge our batteries, and I certainly could do with a bit of both. Apologies in that sense for the lapse in my update schedule during the holidays, but I feel like I really need it.

I'll be sure to write up a longer post on the 23:rd, given time, where I elaborate on future plans - both long and short term. We've got a lot of projects in the pipeline, so I'll be taking stock of the situation and seeing what needs prioritizing come next year - and in that endeavor I will, no doubt, ask for your input on the matter.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and for all of your kind words! The holidays approach rapidly and I'm reeling from all the stuff that's built up over the months that needs fixing, from passport renewals to dentist visits and car repairs, alongside all the christmas shopping and work. I'll be trying to follow my own advice by making sure to pause sometimes and take a breather - whatever holiday spirits can be salvaged amidst the stress is after all, in and of itself, valuable - so I hope you're all doing well, all things considered.
