$10 Tier Poll, future direction regarding polling.

Hello Alley Crew, I hope you're doing well!

I've been meaning to poll you on this matter for quite some time, but there hasn't really been any great openings for it - but with the holidays coming up and my brief hiatus during them, this would be the one opening I'm looking for - that is, I'd like to check how people feel regarding the way the tier exclusive polls are designed. I know there's always room for improvement in these creative ventures, so I'm looking to see what I can potentially squeeze in or re-design in terms of the polling approach.

Short explanation for the poll options follows:

1: Keep the polls the way they are, but expand and define more Themes.
If this option wins, I will begin by splitting the "Humans/Aliens" into two distinct categories of "Humans" and "Aliens", then add a "Medium Monsters" which will be defined as human-sized alongside the already Large and Small Monsters that exists. Additional category suggestions will be welcome and considered, as well. Cooldowns work as they do now.

2: Split the Polls into two, shorter ones. One for Character, one for Theme.
Two polls will be held for a much shorter time. 3-4 days where people can vote for a Character, and 3-4 days where people can then vote on a Theme. This means people can vote for their favorite character first, and then the theme they think fits the winner of that poll. The Expanded Themes will apply to this option as well. Cooldowns work as they do now.

3: Remove Theme votes entirely. Characters have already defined themes in polling.
This means I sit down for every poll and pre-determine what character is paired with what theme for the vote. "Catwoman with Human" for instance might be an option, as is "Liara with Alien" or "Power Girl with Large Monster". Themes here would also be of the Expanded variant, and I would try to keep it as varied as possible. Cooldowns would only apply to Characters however.


No multi-choice in this polling as I'd really like to hear people's preference on the matter. Comments are also welcome, if you have any particular feedback or ideas to consider!
