Progress Report, 08/09 - 23

Hello everyone and welcome to another in the line of progress reports!

My apologies for the delayed wallpaper, and hope some Dimitrescu makes up for it - I've had a very rough week this time around and was absolutely swamped this Wednesday.

In terms of progress, I've managed to get a little more done on the Ivy project. Feedback is making me furbish the project in such a way that it might just require voice acting talent, and I've got my eyes on a few voice packs that might just do the trick. As time stretches on during animation, you eventually run out of various reaction sounds from the games in question, and with the human brain being the pattern-seeking machine it is, it tends to pick up pretty quickly if you repeat sounds. Hopefully using some of my budget to get some staple sound packs by VAs will enable me to avoid those pitfalls, and perhaps find someone specifically suitable for the characters I feature. If you have any recommendations as to what voice actors that might fit the bill, feel free to reach out to me or comment down below :)

Meanwhile, we've got the Less Popular Ladies vote underway over on Discord for this Monday, and the Scenario vote for the Alley Crew is also underway, running until Thursday next week. It's always interesting seeing different characters just shoot up randomly, where I've since long given up on trying to predict who will perform well at any given time, so I am going hands off and just looking at the results when they finally come about. It offers a weird kind of peace of mind, I have to admit :)

I'm hoping to get my first good night of sleep this week, so I am sadly sorely lacking in clever quips or any form of observation here other than the fact that I am just very, very tired and about to rest my eyes for a bit.
