Progress Report, 19/01 - 24

Hello everyone and welcome to another brief progress report.

The Ivy project has seen more work this week as well. With the intro done Scene 1 is getting sorted, where I've managed to establish the core animation structure for the first part of it. The scene has several planned animation transitions between different paces of sex, will require lip sync and a whole bunch of additional animation for peripheral matters (like a couple of lizard boys), but I still don't see it being as heavy or time consuming as the intro was. Scene 1 clocks in at about 2 minutes run time, and the scenes following this are on the same level of required work is probably Scene 4 and 5. Scenes 2 and 3 are more straightforward, and won't take as long as the others, thankfully.

Regardless, spirits remain high, and I'll be dedicating between one to two full days a week to the project while I maintain the rest of my update schedule, just as always, making sure I'm getting steady progress on it. I've felt a little on the down low today, probably caught a cold or something, but I'll be stuffing myself with tea and plenty of good night rests come the weekend.

Speaking of the weekend, in something of a surprise upset in the Alley Crew vote, we'll be getting Yoruichi from Bleach as the star for the coming Scenario this month, paired with some of our large monster fellas, so look forward to that. I'll see how I end up posing the venture come tomorrow, Saturday, but I'm sure I can come up with something appropriate.

I'm genuinely surprised at the comic poll response so far, believing for the longest time that my comic efforts were enjoyed by a small minority of backers, so it's very heartening seeing the support it's getting. The poll will run for 3 full weeks so there's plenty of time for things to change until then of course, but right now it looks like I've actually found another medium that'll allow me to express my writing abilities in another form. Hope the week's treated you well enough folks.
