Scenario: Fiend Pacification

Fiends were, above all else, troublemakers. While their poor reputation stemmed from no small amount of testimonies, reports and outright studies of their behavior, what seemed to animate them, in Rachel's experience, was a kind of innate drive towards mischief.

"Oh, hello there..."

Having located another group of them, she strode forward with confidence. The distant police sirens echoed among the buildings, the fiends' grunts, guttural calls and laughter all but drowning it out. A singular goblin stared at her form with his jaw utterly slack, as if transfixed by her mere existence, and she saw an opportunity for a certain someone to carry her hefty hammer axe.

"So. How about we calm you boys down?"

As always they were, paradoxically, very eager to be calmed.

Rachel's Scenario is finally done. I bit off way more than I could chew with this one after opting to see just how much I could get away with doing for a Scenario, and this went well beyond the scheduled 2 weekend setup, so I'll have to reel myself in a bit next month. This all said it was a useful experiment, and I find that it's more interesting as a final product compared to my usual Scenarios, so I hope to keep experimenting a bit, testing out different setups and animation styles as time goes. Fluids are confirmed to be working but look somewhat subpar - still, given feedback that poor fluids are better than no fluids, I opted to leave it in there. It's been a lot of extra work this one, and I'm personally pretty happy with what I managed in the time I had, so I hope you enjoy it folks :)

The schedule will be staggered slightly owing to the delay, with today's Wednesday Wallpaper landing on Saturday instead, and the Aftermath for this piece being made for Sunday. My apologies again folks for the hiccup in the update schedule.
