Work Priority Poll!

I was struck by thoughts today regarding my work priorities and how they might coincide (or contrast) with the wishes of the community. Instead of trying to scry tea leaves, innards of beasts, or watch for a sign in bouncing butts or boobies, I figured I'd simply ask you people straight up!

Here's the rundown:

A Loop Focus means more frequent updates, but with significantly longer periods between larger project releases. The goal with this focus is an animated loop update every 2-3 days. I will mostly get to work on my larger projects in between making animated loops, concept pieces, etc, for the purpose of keeping this update schedule. More content, but bigger and ambitious stuff will be seen less frequent.

Should I instead focus on Larger Projects, updates will be much less frequent, but you'll also get more stuff with sound and the likes over the course of, for instance, a year. With my current workload, I estimate a reasonable update schedule here would be a minimum of 1 animated loop/other stuff + 1 progress report per week. The idea being: Guaranteed Loop/other for Mondays, progress reports for Fridays, with more (smaller) stuff maybe spread out over the week. Chances are that the loops or other work released here would be more intricate and higher quality than my more frequent ones. Progress Reports as well would change and show more of the process in my work, with more sneak-peeks and screenshots.

Current Focus: Scattered. You might end up with frequent updates or not, concept pieces instead of loops when I haven't had the time to finish stuff (either due to work or because a larger project caught my eye). You know how I've been working before! It's more dynamic, but also less consistent.


TL,DR:

Loop Focus: 2-3 updates per week. Mainly loops. Longer time between large projects.

Larger Projects Focus: At least 1 loop update per week (Monday) . 1 progress report update per week (Friday). Shorter time between large projects.

Scattered: No change. Keep doing what you're doing, the way you're doing it, DH.

Naturally, I will still complete the wallpaper rundown of all the ladies, and commission work remains prioritized no matter what. Things like Polls and special holiday updates remain like they've always been.

I'm more trying to gauge the interest of my supporters, especially in the face of the recent Patreon changes which have screwed many of us smaller creators over - or rather, has screwed over the people who support us smaller creators.
