Though largely defeated as an organized army, the Burning Legion lay ever in wait, ready to pounce on those who'd let their guard down. Katherine Proudmoore visiting one of the most hallowed temples of the Paladin order on Draenor had meant to be a symbolic matter, a courtesy even, to further cement the cooperation between the Kul Tirans and the Alliance. Yet when the Exarch extended the Light's blessings upon the former Lord Admiral, the shrine had shown to be inexplicably corrupted. Mere moments after the portal opened and fel had begun to spill from its guts, the two found themselves on the receiving end of some extremely frustrated, although now clearly elated, demons of various rank - with more still stumbling hungrily through the portal.

It'd be a while yet before the outside guards would begin to wonder what was taking so long in the inner sanctum, which suited the Legion just fine.

Warcraft wallpaper I've wanted to do for some time, this time featuring Yrel and Katherine drawing the short straw of demon pleasing. I'm still struggling to have stark, powerful lighting of stronger colours looking good, but I think this one turned out alright! I'm sure the rest of us are happy enough to make up for the ladies' annoyance :)
