Poll and Progress Report, 18/01 - 20

Hello everyone and welcome to a slightly delayed progress report! I got home late last night on account of overtime work and didn't have the time nor energy to write anything, so my apologies for trotting this one out on a saturday. This will be very brief, with a focus on the poll.

The Alexstrasza project is making headway. I didn't have massive amounts of freetime this week, but still managed to get some more animation fixed up, and I still have high hopes that the release will occur this month. Part of SFM animation is having a bone suddenly behave erratically and having to spend about an hour trying to utilize smoothening tools and other tricks to make it do what it's supposed to do, only to eventually either succeed, delete the clip and remake it from scratch, or capitulate and roll back the project to an earlier session file. All in all, working actively on a project sometimes means one step forward, two steps back, on account of the engine. I honestly can't wait to learn Blender, even if SFM always will have a spot for my content.

But enough of my frustrated venting! The poll!

Having recently reached 3.000 twitter followers, I'm in the bounds of making a poll over there in order to pinpoint what I should do for celebration. Seeing as you people here in the community are my lords and masters when it comes to work direction, I want you to have a say in the potential time I will dedicate to this matter. I'll be running this poll to Thursday next week in order to be able to check on the results for next Friday's report.
