It wasn't easy being a man of culture. After blasting his wife's insides full for the third time that evening, even Garrosh's energy levels felt like they needed replenishing. Naturally, as was more common than it was not, one of Jaina's many friends saw that as an opportunity to sneak in, the former being fast asleep on the bed - still in her seductive getup.
