Hey patronites! Do you remember how stressful it was for some people to receive their rewards message from December?

Apparently Patreon solved that problem automatically as I've checked every message and they were all complete (even that one I posted here for you to show how it was cut in the beginning). Not really sure what happened, but it was on their end.

But even after fixed, I got messages from 2 people saying they never received any message. I checked their informations and one was not a patron in December, and the other didn't show up at December tab at all, BUT, when I checked his profile I could see his last payment was in December, which made no sense at all to me.

So I sent anoooother message to Patreon support, I compiled several screenshots and explained the problems I was having. This was their reply:

So it means now we have to be extra cautious. If you have any payment declined and fix this AFTER the rewards were sent for that specific month, I will no longer see you in the Patreon relationship manager. You will have to let me know individually, otherwise I will have absolutely no idea that it happened ><

I'm sorry for another inconvenience! But hopefully we'll be able to deal better with this kind of situation now! ☺️

In regards to the message issue I'm having, they are working on changing (again) the server and the whole message system. Hopefully it will be for a better one! 🤞
