2021-02-28 20:11:00 +0000 UTCI use one of the cloth ones as the outer layer and then the surgical mask as the second layer XD, years of meditation helped me regulate my breathing 8D But Well, your in the gym a lot and you guys eat healthy so I guess the risk sort of cancels out since your immune systems would ideally be at their strongest Just be careful is all ๐ฅบ, maybe consider adding oregano oil as a supplement to take (Good for lung stuff which is where covid attacks and itโs a powerful natural antibiotic)

2021-02-25 14:39:36 +0000 UTCThey are now recommending folks to wear two masks in the US so maybe consider that for Brazil especially with news of the covid strain there is among the most contagious (might be tough in the gym, but think of it as extra training XD)
