Notifications
Added 2023-05-31 20:18:18 +0000 UTCSeveral of you have indicated that you aren't getting notifications when I publish new chapters or make chapters available for your tier. Sadly, I don't have any real control over notifications. I have alerted Patreon that people aren't getting notifications. Hopefully, they can sort out the problem on the back end.
The only advice I can provide at this time is the old tried-and-true method for dealing with any computer problem. Have you tried turning it (notifications) off and back on again? I honestly have no idea if that will help, but it shouldn't hurt anything either.

I may have a fix for the problem, courtesy of Divinor (Thanks!). You will have to let me know if you start getting notifications again.

Well, people need notifications. I'll just have to do my best to try to keep it from being obnoxious.

2023-06-01 00:06:26 +0000 UTCHmm, I may have messed up somewhere with the second part of my advice since I got the update mails for the lower tiers. I was not aware that it would send out notifications for higher tiers that *technically* don't have access. That said, I'm personally not bothered by the additional notifications.

2023-05-31 20:39:28 +0000 UTCHaving managed a patreon page for two years, I might be able to give some insight. There is a "notify patrons about this change" button on the bottom right of the edit window, which should solve the issue. However, it might also re-notify everyone who already got the chapter, so you might need to do two edits: One where you only select the tiers you want to get notified (select the notify patrons button for this), and another right afterwards where you re-add the upper tiers who already got notified before (don't select the notify button for this).

2023-05-31 20:30:06 +0000 UTCI don't think there is a way to get notifications for chapter when they become 'unlocked' for your tier. At least I have never found one for other people that a sub too
