The wall on the right are fertilised wombs. The left are damaged organs of fallen soldiers and some civilian and are on repair by feeding the organs with artificial blood and drugs.
The shelves on the left are wombs about to ship out to other facilities. Some will go to encased in mobile mastubator, some will be transplant into female that lost their own womb and some of the most beautiful will be sell to the riches as home decoration.
