Or is it just important that they have huge breasts? -It is important to have huge breasts as the Empire's population are highly concerned in their sex appeal to get more job opportunity and faster career ascent, implants do the job. But naturally huge breasts are highly sought after to be their child-bearer, as they can feed real fresh and nutritious milk for their children, with the high price of organic real milk, they are a great asset, both for men's pleasure and for profit. Thanks for such questions, I never thought someone would ask, I have so many ideas I haven't write them down. :)

The women try to get the larger breasts and men try to get larger testicles. (They do have preference limit though, so sizable pair of breasts that don't block the view of the waist are best) Do all women with less than certain size get implants? -The Empire's department of beautification has the laws that stated: "Female with breast volume(each) of less than 900cc is eligible for free 400cc implants, anyone losing a breast or breasts in an accident are also eligible." Then they collected the credit to get larger implants overtime.

Are women with naturally huge breasts considered better? Or is it just important that they have huge breasts? Also love the shoes. The idea of forcing higher and higher heels is fantastic.
