The Martian is great! Really hope to see a reaction to it. And as you liked this, if you haven’t already seen more of director Denis Villenueve’s work, there isn’t a bad one in his filmography. I recommend Sicario, BladeRunner 2049, and the Dune films the most. (Edit: I see you reacted to Dune (will catch that in the near future)).

2024-02-11 04:17:22 +0000 UTCBased on your discussion at the start it sounds like you would really enjoy "The Martian". Science is there but doesn't make you feel stupid, immersive, great believable characters, interesting sci fi and plot.
