Your fighting bigger and bigger giantesses, through level progression, armed with a shrink ray, and shrink the giantess monsters to a harmless size. You would also have to upgrade your shrink ray with more powerful shrink rays, like shrink rifle all the way to Shrink BFG. And batteries scattered throughout the level to recharge your shrink gun, like bullet ammo in the actual doom game.
