Patreon Exclusive - Remiel Replacer
Added 2023-11-09 20:09:34 +0000 UTCHello Patrician and above Patrons! Today I release a Patreon only replacer for Remiel based on the poll voting we did over the last week. I'm not going to lie, it was a challenge making this replacer as many people have almost unfair expectations based on another person's replacer. That said, I lowered my head, put on my Michael Jordan attitude, and decided I would make the best version I could. So here she is - like it or not - my version of Remiel. :) The next poll will be in the beginning of January as I have some big projects to finish over the coming 6-8 weeks.
A note about her glasses
They are part of her outfit. If you change her outfit it should remove the glasses. You can also use xEdit or SSEEDIT to remove them from the outfit. She also has a set in her inventory, so if you do change her outfit you can put them back on her through an outfit manager or just a trade window.

Quick Help:
Q: My NPCs or Follower have purple textures or don't look right. What is the problem?
A: You need to be sure to download and install the Pantheon Assets Mod before this mod. Check the requirements section for the link. I've noticed that sometimes the download can be corrupted - you should also try to re-download the Asset mod if you have already installed it and still have issues. Finally, be sure you download the correct Asset Mod - this is not ColdSun's World. This is Pantheon. You need the Pantheon Asset mod for this mod.
Q: My faces look discolored or black.
A: You have a conflict with another mod that changes NPC records. Proper load order management is necessary for multiple NPC mods or mods that touch NPC records. When in doubt, put my mods near the end of your load order and give them overwrite priority on anything else.
Q: My BHUNP bodyslide gives me an error when I try to bodyslide.
A: Reinstall BHUNP and be sure to check the "Legacy" checkbox this time.
Q: My Textures look out of whack on the body.
A: Reinstall with the correct download for your body this time - that includes the assets mod.
Q: I have a neck seam (space between neck and body).
A: This can be remedied by following the instructions below:
1. Find Remiel and stand in front of her.
2. Open the console (~)
3. Right-click on the NPC and you will see her ID appear in the middle of the screen. If you misclicked on another object step 4 won't work and try to right-click them again.
4. Type setnpcweight 75 (with the number being the new weight of the NPC - Remiel's weight in my version is 75) and hit enter.
5. Type disable and hit enter.
6. Type enable and hit enter.
7. Close the console (~) and you should be all set.

I know I have commented already Heath, but I have been playing with your Remi now for a month+ so I wanted to give follow-up feedback. S H E I S S T U N N I N G Even when she occasionally drops her glasses, she is so delicious. You REALLY hit the nail on the head with the correlation between her voice, character, and personality, with her appearance and facial features. You were spot on with her eyes :) The ONLY thing that I would change and this is to do with her character and story, is that she has a scar on her face. I was (and still am) such a fanboy of BiR's Remiel replacer, but after playing with CS_Remiel, I can not do without her. Don't know if you plan to release her to the public, but she would DEFINITELY be a hit and you would have zero complaints (unless no scar ;) ) Thanks again mate.... just thought I'd continue feedback from your creations, as they are not just drop and forget. ColdSun's Remiel is a permanent fixture :)

I have to say that I am happy to have been humbled and once again in awe of your prodigious talent and work, as BiR while I love her, is being replaced. THANK YOU for listening to my reasoned explanations and concerns, and adopted some of what I said into Remiel concept 2- she is - 'for want of a better word; perfect' :) And if "I" place yours ahead of BiR's, then you better believe you are on a winner. Thanks again my friend :)
