2. A Great Hacker with wetting and abdl fetish, found his way to hack through various people's data, and using their weakness to blackmail them, making them his pet and do humilliation thing and challenge like wet themself in a mall, or simply tell their best friend that they're still wearing a diaper

You're right, to think about it, number 2 could be included to number one~
2022-02-03 10:50:40 +0000 UTCthe first one sounds better, and may have alot of plot, sounds like it could have alot added to it overtime, how ever the 2nd one would be alright, but i don't think it would last long nor allow too much creativity
