Don't try to put anything in their mouth (especially not your fingers)! Also, try to move anything they might hit and hurt themselves with, like furniture; call an ambulance (if you're not already in a car, I guess); try to time the seizure; when the seizure ends, make sure they haven't vomited (because that might block their airways), and if they have... well, now you can stick your finger in their mouth. Also there might be more seizures, like aftershocks to an earthquake. Try to time these too.
