★ Streams & Behind the Scenes Next Month. Hey, y'all! I'll be trying my best to stream and update the backer blog for the rest of May and June, but the next few months will be a rather hectic time for me. I wanted to give all patrons a heads up, as that means slightly less content. Once things calm down, I look forward to sharing as much of my process that I can. In the meantime, please feel free to drop or suspend your pledge these upcoming months to reflect these changes.

★Patreon "Charge Upfront". If you've received this message, Patreon's new "charge upfront" feature probably won't affect you! Patreon is slowly ushering in payment changes with the intent of helping creators. The "charge upfront" method works by processing the cards of all new patrons as soon as they pledge to creators. This not only promotes less card errors every 1st of the month, but also prevents people from skipping out after sampling content that others paid for. These changes will not affect existing patrons!

You can read more about the changes via Patreon, but I've copy/pasted the most relevant points below:

"Existing patrons will be charged on the 1st of the month like usual."

"If an existing patron increases their pledge, they will be charged the difference between their last pledge value, and the new pledge value."

"Patrons who decrease their pledge amount will be charged the new amount on the 1st of the month. They will not be refunded anything.
