Hey guys!

1. It's AUGUST. Other than looking forward to sharing a new comic with you guys (check the overtime blog tomorrow!) I'm also looking forward to Flame Con in Brooklyn, NY in less than two weeks! I unfortunately will not be able to stream that weekend, but I'm looking forward to meeting wonderful enthusiastic readers! After that there's Staple Con in Austin, TX, and Small Press Expo in Bethesda, MD. I'm feverishly working to finish up Bitty's junior year. (We've got about fivish comics left in this volume!)

2. We're really hoping to get Kickstarter fulfillment finished up soon so we can restock the store. When it is finally restocked, patrons will hear about it first! I'm getting the final, updated, corrected jerseys from the factory overseas this week and will be able to okay final production on that as well. You guys have been wonderful and patient and know that I'm grateful!

3. On top of that, I'm excited to share that Madeline Rupert and I have been collaborating on a brand new comic! It's a story about softball and it's going to be SO much fun. I'm in charge of the script while Mad's drawing the comic, but because we're both artists and writers, we've been sharing different parts of development. In addition to all the Check, Please, I'll be posting more about this comic and its universe on the overtime blog. (If you ever want to hear more about it just ask us at a convention; we'll talk your ear off.)
