The "Rule of 8" has not let me down in these cours, and this series is no exception!
Definitely my favorite episode so far! I LOVE all of the interactions between our boys, as Miyano gets fitted for the cultural festival drag show, and Sasaki deals with his own jealousy and insecurities about his feelings with Miyano....
Our two boys are getting closer and closer to cementing their feelings for each other and things are bubbling to the surface...now it's just a matter of if it'll boil over or not! But that GREEN ROOM SCENE! 🤩 Y'all, this was a fun episode and I can't wait to talk with you about it!

Oohhhhh, I LOVE that it's both of them saying "I love you" at the same time! *fangirls* Plus, Ogasawara is SO whipped and SO Eimi's uke! :D I love her -- that phone conversation was one of the funniest things I've seen all week! I definitely agree with you on why Sasaki is feeling the way he does during all of this, especially with Miyano showing off his "cute side." And YES, Sasaki doesn't want others to see him as a partner, because "he asked first," darn it, haha! But also, HA! Seriously, Miyano cannot help but be adorable in this episode. I do feel bad that Sasaki is wanting to act SO badly on his feelings, but is being respectful and holding back...but it's been so long! I feel for him! Oohhh, that makes more sense that the drag contest is school wide...gotcha! I do like the silver haired extra, haha! And I love that this show brings out the moments we've all had -- the "Oh I'll just start this fiction at 10 pm" turning into a 4 am read-a-thon! XD Yesss, I really like the president so far -- and it's neat hearing Ash in his voice. And him being the "outside" party looking in is fascinating! Thank you so much for the comment! SUCH a good episode! :)

Also, just smt fun, I noticed, is that in your sub version they say "she dominate him" or smt similiar, but in the subs i watched it said that ogawara will let Emi have the pants in the wedding. Or smt similiar idk it was weeks ago. But that's a fun detail I noticed :)

2022-03-29 19:45:48 +0000 UTCAhh, definitely my favorite episode of the show at this point :) I just adore the scene with Hanzawa and Miyano talking about what it means to like someone, and the anime team did a great job by adding in those scenes of the supporting characters during Hanzawa's monologue. It wasn't in the manga from what I remember, but it's such a great addition that shows the different kinds of love that are already present and blooming in Sasaki and Miyano's surroundings. And the way the animators snuck in Kagiura/Hirano's roommate during that scene was a really unexpected treat!

2022-03-29 18:23:48 +0000 UTCSo that happened...Miyano finally is feeling instead of just thinking. That last, "I love him," was both of their voices. Ogasawara is *her* uke, LOL! Emi is great and it's so funny because he keeps asking but he can't grasp her explanations at all. Yet, she's so excited about BL that she just wants just to gush at any and every opportunity. I agree that Sasaki is more worried about Miyano giving into peer pressure - or any pressure - rather than making a real choice. I also think Sasaki is...not comfortable seeing a more girly-Miyano for several reasons. It's probably a bit confusing at this point, after he's come to terms with liking Miyano without seeing him as girly. And there's the cute factor - not wanting other people to realize just how cute Miyano is or suddenly take note of him as a...potential partner. But also knowing that Miyano has made it very clear that he doesn't want to be seen as cute but is maybe not aware sometimes of just how cute he looks. Like, dude - if you don't want people to think you're cute, stop doing such cute things! (But Miyano is just so naturally adorable he can't help it.) On top of all that, Miyano looking super-cute really pushes Sasaki's ability to hold back on the skinship, so it's almost "unfair" to Sasaki for Miyano to keep looking so adorable while Sasaki's not allowed to act on his feelings. Oh, the drag contest is school-wide, so every class will have a contestant, separate from their class projects. The silver-haired guy was in the background a time or two - he's just an extra though. God, the all-nighter of reading fiction...totally have been there, done that. The president is a very interesting character. This time, I could hear Ash in his voice (the softer moments of Ash, when he's talking to Eiji in private) and I like them having him as the "voice" of what love is because he's like the outside, uninvolved but interested party. He has no allegiance to either Sasaki or Miyano, aside from being classmates/club members.
