The cultural festival reaches its climax and Miyano realizes his feelings for Sasaki -- OMG, the adorableness of this episode! I've been waiting for that Fireworks scene since Episode 1, and the animation and emotion did NOT disappoint!
Plus we got a movie date and Miyano realizing he loves Sasaki on top of that?! **swoon** I can't tell you how excited I am for the final two episodes of this season...it's all coming to an end TOO SOON!

Yessss! Hirano protecting Miyano and holding Sasaki up to the standard is always great! :) And seriously, the relationships in this series are just fantastic -- Kuresawa is #boyfriendgoals for sure! And yes, as much as we want Miyano to confess, it's great that this series takes it's time to make sure that both parties are 100% on board with being in a relationship! 2022-04-13 18:58:17 +0000 UTCI do have to say I love how gruff Hirano is with Sasaki (sounding like a real bad boy-type) and then his tone of voice instantly changes to much softer and kinder when speaking with Miyano. Kuresawa really is boyfriend goals. I really love how this show portrays all the relationships, but also shows Miyano properly taking time to consider if his feelings for Sasaki are platonic or more. He doesn't want to wreck their friendship, or half-ass trying to have a romantic relationship only for it to crash and burn. Great reaction and review!

I just watched Episode 11, so it allllll makes sense about the brother, now! :) And I'm SO glad they're finally on the same page in knowing their love is mutual (or Miyano thinks his love is truly that) and I love the idea of Miyano not wanting to half-ass his feelings with Sasaki and Sasaki diving in whole-heartedly. That's so perfect! :) I CANNOT WAIT for next week and the following week -- I can't believe we're down to the final two episodes!

I don't mean to imply he's in love with his brother, just that the topic brings his brother to mind for some reason. That will come up again. And Hirano replies about the juice to "Kagi-kun" - his infamous, invisible roommate, Kagiura :) Everyone's a wingman in the show, lol, even if they don't realize it. Okay, Miyano...now you have to tell Sasaki how you feel, reply to the confession at last. Love...finally. Miyano has finally understood that it's love - no need to define it, measure it, explain it to himself, or test his physical reactions - none of that matters. I think he's more concerned (during the talk with Hanzawa) that Sasaki's love is stronger or more romantic than Miyano's current maybe-love. He's determined not to be half-assed in love while Sasaki is whole-heartedly diving in.
