WHAT A SATISFYING FINALE! Seriously, I am fangirling all over the place with how happy I am with this episode; it was beautiful, sweet, wholesome, just a tick spicy (Sasaki, you!), and was a perfect way to round out this season.
I'm not too sad, because I know we're getting the OVA this summer and a second anime project, but I am bittersweet that I won't have more wholesome goodness with our boys for another week for a while. *sighs* Still, if you haven't watched the dub? Check it out! That's what I'm going to be turning to this summer! Until we see our boys again!

I LOVED the confession! I can't imagine seeing this in the manga and then the adaptation! I honestly hope they take the cut scenes and combine it with Hirano and Kaguira to make a series; that would be great! This was MUCH needed after the other darkness this winter with the shows I'm watching, haha! :D We can hopefully fangirl later this year when we get more news about the new series! :D

2022-05-01 13:18:49 +0000 UTCThe most beautiful confession I ever witnessed😭💜I read the manga months ago so to see this scene come to life & be so beautiful & colorful omg so happy, can't wait to see more of them & if they actually adapt Hirano & his roommate I'll be screaming lol I was a bit sad that they cut those scenes out. Hopefully they are saving those Hirano scenes with his roommate & make a spin off. I love them!! Beautiful show can't wait to see more. I'm glad you enjoyed it & it brought some light to your day.

I really loved the "taking its time" natural progression of the show -- it's slice of life with that romance heavily sprinkled in until the latter half when it's dumped upon you like being handed your dessert after the meal! :) I'm definitely happy I watched this series -- it was MUCH needed! Sadly, I don't think the show replacing this is going to be a "romance," so after AOT: Jr. High, I may need to do a romance poll to help cut through the heaviness of what I'm watching now...although, there IS Yona of the Dawn and Heaven Official's Blessing coming up that have/should have romance...so we shall see! :) Thanks so much for the kind words and comment, though!

2022-04-29 17:37:52 +0000 UTCListen....this episode made me tear up for some reason. It was the longing touches, the awkard but sweet way Miyano was being honest and just the happiness they radiated. I usually do not feel this way when watching or reading a romance but I found myself feeling a bit lonely and empty in my own life. A lot of people said that the progression of the show was too slow (or boring) but on the contrary, more than a show with overly much tension, drama, angst etc., Sasaki and Miyano felt incredibly comforting to and brought me happiness with every episode. I am very attached now. Anyways, I am glad you also enjoyed the series and I loved watching your reaction :) Thank you! Have a great day and I can't wait for your next romance reaction.
