Ohhhhh, friends, I was NOT ready for this episode and how the Los Angeles Connection winds up into its climax! I won't spoil a thing, but I loved this episode and my brain was spending most of the episode processing, trying to figure out the next move, and I was still floored in the most fun of ways!
Who doesn't love a good con man twist?!

Ooohhhh, that is FASCINATING about the manga! When I'm caught up with the series, I might check the manga out, to see what it's about! :) And yessss, I really love the way this "case" ends -- it absolutely lets you know what type of story we're getting involved in and sets the tone for the series -- I'm so excited that we have a "squad" assembled, even if Edamura seems to not be apart of it...for now, anyway. :) Thank you for the comment and info! :D

2023-01-26 22:10:22 +0000 UTChaha well this was a great episode!! as someone who has watched this show many times, the wrap-up of this case I feel like helps set the tone for the "type" of cons or the "extremes" that the group takes, for the rest of the cons they do together... anyways, I love this group a whole bunch lol (ps. idk if you are aware, but there is a manga, BUT the manga is one that was made AFTER the show was created, so honestly idk if it was even serialized. great possibility that it was canceled but I'm not sure)
