Buddy Daddies: Episode 2 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

**CHILDCARE HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

Well, this episode we establish that Kazuki and Rei...suck as parents.

Poor little Miri is ONLY FOUR and these two hitmen are probably not the best influence for this little girl -- but darn it if it doesn't induce some WILD and insane scenarios between the three of them!

It's made clear that children do NOT belong anywhere near a hitman's mission, and as we get more information about Miri's mother, the "handler" giving Kazuki missions, and a mysterious hitman that has entered the fray to "clean up" what our boys leave behind...

Buddy Daddies: Episode 2 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

Ohhh, it's glorious how this series showcases how naive these goons are -- it's so realistic and relatable (not the hit man part of course...as far as you all know...). Kyu-chan fascinates me with his presence, but also, I love that Kazuki is maybe good as a liar for his job, but...nothing else, haha! And yes, without being around kids, they really don't have a clue about the "parental" short cuts, and it makes you wonder if it could be tied to the fact that they themselves haven't had much of an upbringing, but I'm sure we'll find out more on that later this season...maybe. :) I'll chalk up "anime logic" to the answer of #1. for Kazuki hauling Rei away, but #2? THAT I want answers to, or at least to know how these two met -- look, after this season, maybe they could do an OVA of Rei and Kazuki meeting and deciding to live together? I'll be all FOR that! I WANT a beach episode! That shot from the ED is my laptop screensaver -- I love it so much! And that final shot on the sofa is just too much cuteness! Kon and Isshin's VA's joining the cast just makes me more excited to dive back into Bleach, but also makes me feel so nostalgic! Thank you for the comment -- I have a feeling this show is going to become one of my favorites from the spring!

Oohhh, that is perfect! I love that! It definitely shows in this series! Thank you for the comment and that info!

ahhh the ending is soo adorable right?? Fun fact: the director actually interviewed real parents for this project to get miri and the struggles of parenting as accurate as possible LOL

I love all the ways they're showing how unprepared for a toddler these idiots are. Also just hammering home that they've never been around little kids with the little things like going to the toilet, keeping entertained, letting them help out with chores that they can do. Rei's reaction to the idea of being left with Miri is too precious and hilarious. And Kazuki is the worst liar...especially considering you'd think as an assassin he'd need to be good at bluffing and lying. Which he sometimes is, but maybe just shows how terrified he is of Kyu-chan. Your comment on letting Miri go in the bushes is the exact same thought I had. It's what my Dad used to do if we weren't near anywhere with toilets or at a place we could ask someone if we could borrow their loo. But yes clueless idiots. No baby bag with food, juice, wipes, change of clothes, and something to keep Miri occupied. The tough thug being so sweet to Miri and helping her go to the toilet! Makes me think he had kids or younger siblings 'cause he definitely knew better than Rei or Kazuki. That moment with Kazuki carting both Miri and Rei out of there is one of my favourites. But two things: 1. How frigging strong is Kazuki to be able to do that, run, and still talk without seeming out of breath?? 2. How many times has Kazuki hauled Rei out of situations for Rei to be completely unfazed by it all and just continue shooting? Those images from the ED are the cutest. But that beach shot...we're getting a beach episode, right?? Though knowing these eejits it'll be part of their job rather than a nice relaxing trip to the beach. And the final shot of them altogether sleeping on the sofa is just perfect. So little more seiyuu information. Kyu-chan is voiced by Morikawa Toshiyuki who voiced Isshin, Tousen, and Tsubaki in Bleach, Blanca in Banana Fish, Edgar Allan Poe in Bungou Stray Dogs, Kagaya in Demon Slayer, Minato in Naruto, and Mito in Slam Dunk. And the seiyuu for the other hitman Ogino is Madono Mitsuaki who voiced Kon in Bleach (which is equally nuts and hilarious).
