Oooh, this show is already a LOT more unique than many anime I've watched, and I'm here for it! I have a feeling this show is going to be interesting!
NOTE: This episode was a NIGHTMARE to put together editing-wise...I literally watched it on one site first and then had to cobble a downloaded episode together for the video. Apologies ahead of time. -___-

I like going into the episodes not knowing and learning from what the characters say, but that is SO cool that so many from Haikyuu!! are VA's in this show! Tsukki as a sweet character is going to be WEIRD to get used to, but I'm all here for it! ^^ And the same studio/composer as Haikyuu!! has me SO, SO excited! We really get thrust into this world and these characters right off the bat, which was jarring at first, but I have a feeling I'm going to love this rag tag group -- especially Haiji! His character already screams "Best Boy" to me! ^^ Thank you so much for the comment!

2020-10-06 15:38:49 +0000 UTCjust finished watching! really great reaction and discussion .. loved your response to haiji with his injured leg thought I’d help you out with some info on the show that you may or may not know but I think it’s cool to know going forward Hakone Ekiden is a real two day relay event that happens 2nd and 3rd January (I would say look it up but you may encounter spoilers so be careful) yes they are all college students roommates ranging different years with newest ones being the twins and kakeru as they are first years. I do think the first episode is very much the ‘here’s your 10 characters get ready to love them because you absolutely will’ and setting up this rag tag bunch of for the moment roommates/friendish to being a proper beautiful team. Can’t wait for you to see! some cool voice actors you’ll recognize are Shindo is Tsukki (strange I know but the VA is really good at being sweet too 😄), Prince is Sugawara and Haiji you may know as Yuuri from Yuri on Ice oh also same studio made haikyuu and the composer is the same as well! hope that helps going forward as I just think they are cool details to know while watching
