Run With the Wind: Episode 11 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

NEW REACTION LINK: https://share.vidyard.com/watch/LgxCj4guS7sJG2Vr1cWCQR?

Oh man....the EMOTIONS this episode. My heart goes out to Shindo, because...MAN, his struggle internally is SO relatable.

I love the talk of "strength" this episode and how we can interpret that to not only running, but the strength to move forward, the strength to make friends (Kakeru making tea for him, Yuki, and Shindo?! MY HEART)...so much thematic elements talked about. I loved it!

Thank you for watching the full-length episode!

OH, that running scene after the break up just TORE MY HEART! You could tell he just wanted to run off the stress and then his friends joining in?! **MY HEART** That entire scene was just heartwarming...oooh! The change in cour is coming sooooooon....

Shindo has my heart, man. But doing what you have to do is a form of strength. That scene on the track after his girl friend broke up with him...he JUST needed to run to run out his feeling and push forward. AND I LOVE the ost that plays during that scene. I love the kitchen moments between Haiji and Kakeru. The OP & ED changes at Episode 12. Both EDs are my favs in the show.

Ohhh, **Manga spoilers** YES, I actually LOVE the time skip for Haikyuu!! and am SOOO ready for it to be animated! There is something so good about people in their twenties finding things out and being adults in anime... *heart swells* But yeahhh, I LOVE the development of Shindo this episode and how Kakeru is able to be his sweet self around them! YES! SOS's reaction to Episode 4 was wonderful -- it's definitely helping me to see more into Kakeru's character, since they are such Kakeru stans and it took me a while to warm up to him as a character, haha! Yesss, his whole high school experience was so toxic, and now you get to see him flourish in a much HEALTHIER environment. I love it! And ahhh, that is very true! I went back and watched the Crunchyroll translation after I reacted to this...yesss, Haiji....don't push yourself too hard, bud! He's yearning just like Kakeru, but I'm like...practice what you preach, Haiji-san! @v@ I looove this show so much and the more episodes we get into it, the MORE I love it! Ahhh, this series. **HEART CLENCH**

*kinda haikyuu manga spoilers* I love what you had to say about how different this show is because of the age that they are. I think that’s why even though I love haikyuu when they are teenagers, I definitely love the time skip part just a Iil more. There’s something about 20 somethings just trying to figure out their place in the world that is really special. Especially with Shindo this episode who is desperately trying to juggle his life and unfortunately, (as adult life goes) when you put your energy into something you have to make choices and sacrifice another part of your life. Kakeru gave him the best compliment that a long distance runner can have. Because Shindo IS strong. The fact that Shindo feels that ‘he just has to do what he’s got to do’ IS a sign of strength. And even though he got his heart broken he decides to run, but not to run away, but to keep running forward. AHAHBSHSNH god I love this show sooo much!! Yes yes YES to all the Kakeru bonding with his teammates! He’s soo awkward but soo sincere. I recently watched the SOS Bros episode 4 reaction and they described Kakeru as ‘yearning but has been choked’ and it’s really stuck with me because that’s exactly his arc. A wholesome boy that got put through a shitty toxic environment and is trying to change his mindset. And it’s soo sweet to watch. Also *sigh* Haiji. The other translation (when the rest of the team goes to run with Shindo and Haiji monologues in his head) that might peak your interest is “Even though I’ve been told not to run, I am running.” ... Big big yikes on that! You can tell that he’s got a lot on his mind and he definitely yearning too...
