If I wasn't already excited for Season Three, now I am 100% HYPED!

I love Chinese BL creators since they do everything and more to tell us about love and care and even romantics without using explicit words and scenes that we are used to in romance movies. Some say it's baiting, some try to reason that's pure asexual romance... Nope. There's all you need to see to know it's not platonic or brotherly or queerbaiting. Just pure love. And much sex behind the scenes XDD God, drunk LWJ scene was very unexpected. We all thought they have too little time to squeeze in the remaining plot, skipping over unnecessary scenes, and what do they do? Giving us all Wangxian content instead! Along with all of Yi city arc, sheesh. After that trailer I'm just sure that 3rd season could come out in 2 parts.

Please, please, please -- if the show goes all in, I'm all for it! Hahaha, I know it won't be like the novel, but this is looking pretty darn good already. And OF COURSE WuXian misspelled the rule -- intentionally or not -- it's hilarious, because it implies WuXian's the only one who can touch his forehead ribbon....ahhh...I love it! Thanks for the kind words! The wait for Season 3 -- now my watch begins like the rest of you all! ^^

The scenes of baby Wangji and gentians hint that we’ll finally get Lan Zhan’s tragic childhood backstory. It’s time to prepare the tissues y’all. The circled characters were very unexpected to most of the fans either, because this particular scene was not originally in the book. The copied rule you saw in the teaser-trailer concerns the Lan forehead-ribbon, and dates back to season one, when Wuxian had to stay at Gusu library with Wangji for quite a while. The right version of this rule looks like “非命定之人不可取”, which translates into “Only the destined person can touch a Lan disciple’s forehead ribbon”. But Wuxian due to his sloppiness missed the “定” character and wrote down “非命之人不可取”, which translates into “Only people who died an abnormal death can touch a Lan disciple’s forehead ribbon”. Typical Wuxian, lmao. Thank you for reaction.
