As much as I liked the Class 1A vs Class 1B battles, the REAL plot is finally kicking in and I'm SO excited! It looks like the stage is getting set for our villains to make a move and meanwhile, our heroic trio get a taste of the "real" world of hero society at Endeavor's agency! I'm VERY excited with where this is going -- and a new OP/ED!

Yessss, I agree, if I'm going to complain about anything this season so far, it's the Hawks/Jeanist scene -- I'm not sure why they did that, if not only to make Hawks not look as sinister, since we're supposed to root for Endeavor trusting him and figuring out the code...but it almost spoils things, because in the manga, we're meant to NOT know whether to trust Hawks or not, especially after this part with Jeanist. :/ I'll keep my mouth shut to see where it goes, but that was disappointing. And I love that people on Twitter were made that we didn't get to see "Hawk's drip" with his cool hoodie in that scene. XD

2021-06-29 12:12:52 +0000 UTCI have very few issues with the anime adaptation of the manga, but in this episode I have a gripe - they changed some of the dialogue between Hawks and Jeanist. They talked about resolve, and about how Jeanist was willing to do anything, even sacrifice himself, to be a Hero. Hawks agreed, and then we got the sinister shift. This set up the twist we would get later a lot better.

I would take the Aizawa Vigilante story as an OVA, too, I just.....NEED IT.....it's so good, and that spot in the OP? It really gave me a lot of hope, with Sushi there. ^^ Yeah, I'm curious how some of the anime only people will take that scene, because the angle of Hawks just didn't seem as...menacing? Which granted, that may be because they're messing with the timeline, but it irked me a little. I agree, I wanted a LOV centered OP, but I'll take this one! :) And I remember that episode of Teen Titans! That takes me back, haha! And yesssss, the Star Wars references make me think they could pull a Dad for One with AFO and Deku -- I wouldn't be against it, I'm just SUPER creeped out that it would imply AFO got with Inko. @_@

I loved the op and ending a LOT but ngl, I am kinda sad we wont get a LOV centric OP. Idk if you have ever seen Teen Titans but they have an episode where a villain group “takes over the show” and I kind of wanted something similar with a badass rock/punk song but oh well 🤷♀️ Moving on, I would take the Aizawa vigilante story even in an OVA bt seasons 4 and 5 at this point, I just WANT IT! GIMME IT 😂😂 As for the dad for one theory, the only reason why I think it might be plausible is bc of the obvious Star Wars references in the manga/anime so far. Plus, I really really think the theory that the Dr that diagnosed Izuku as quirkless is the same as THE DOCTOR if you know what I mean. And it would only make sense that he would be interested in Izuku if AFO was somehow related to Izuku. But, who knows?
