This episode went by WAY too fast! And leaving us on a cliffhanger!? How dare it! I really liked this episode, though, as we dive more into our trio of boys, Shinoa's apparent family lineage, Guren's personality, and seeing how Mika's prepping to go find Yu!
Now, our boys are getting to choose their weapons, but how is this "contract" with a demon going to go over? I'm not worried about Yu or Yoichi at this point, but Kimizuki worries me...the vampires's "forbidden enchantments" seem to refer to these demons...I'm excited to see what will happen next!

Thank you -- glad to know nepotism is a thing in this series. ;) And SUCH A DIVA -- it may be the one thing that keeps me from totally disliking Ferid's character; I have a soft spot for sassy diva antagonists. Although, that just adds to poor Mika's angst that now, against his will, he's just viewed as a vampire. :( And OH! That helps explain it -- I really like the OST so far, so that makes sense! Thanks for that info! :D

2022-01-30 18:21:20 +0000 UTCThe "blond/white" haired guy is Shinya Hiiragi (va Suzuki Tasuhisa, aka Makoto fro Free). He and Guren are friends. Most of the people in the meeting with Guren are all Hiiragi relatives, they are the highest ranking family in the Imperial Demon Army. And yes Ferid is a DIVA. The part where Mika goes back to the house, is a good reminder to him that there is no going back, he is not seen as anything other than a vampire. I love the OST for this series, granted it is composed by Hiroyuki Sawano, aka the composer for thr AOT ost.
