This volume, we round up - rather abruptly - the first saga of Trigun in the manga -- luckily, Nightow was able to continue afterwards with the series in Maximum, but the ending of this volume was WILD and made me hungry for more!
This first deluxe volume has been SO much fun, but so much so that the wait for the first Maximum volume is going to be HARD!

Ahhh, I'm so happy to be back with Trigun!! :D And everything I wanted just kept happening over and over and over! I'm a massive Sonic fan, so of course I went to him with this hahaha!! I thought that the art style and shift in framing was really neat - It has me REALLY excited for Maximum (Mid-Octoberrrrr) and to dive back into this series - it's definitely quenching my Trigun thirst! Part of the series of reactions was: Maybe it will address Wolfwood? 2 pages later: ✝️ Is Legato going to show up? 2 pages later: 🌭 Surely we won’t see Knives already?! 4 pages later: 🌱 Felt like a greatest hits volume. Also, Sonic was not where my head went with Legato’s introduction. 🤣 Definitely some different framing in this volume in comparison to volume 1, always love seeing that kind of art style change and progression. Can’t wait for whenever we get the next volume! ❤️
