March Comes in Like a Lion // 3-Gatsu no Lion: Episode 32 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

*AGAINST THE WIND HEADPHONE WARNINGS*

Was I expecting backstory on Yamazaki? No. Was it all I could have wanted? YES! Did I expect to see Rei and Hina flirting without realizing it? Maybe, but am I could to say not to it? NO!

This series DOES NOT MISS and this episode was such an insanely good installment in the season 2 saga! Let's talk about it!

This was indeed a great episode! I really love how Yamazaki ended up paralleling Rei in ways, like you said! Oohh, if Aone and Ushijima COMBINED - that would for SURE be Yamazaki, I agree! Hina and Rei to me are an OTP Endgame ship at this point; every scene with them is so cute! I love that Rei allowed Hina to come away from the trip with kind memories - and you know that the grandpa and Akari are SO onto this possible more-than-friendship formulating. But yeah, they're still young, so they have PLENTY of time to see it for themselves! ;) Thank you for the comment and kind words! I cannot wait for these next few weeks!

I was NOT expecting this episode, but I liked it a ton. Yamazaki's story is such a great parallel to Rei at the beginning. Rei was in such a despondent dark place himself, and it took him so much effort and the support of many people who love him to be able to start moving forward; and now, he is the inspiration for others to move forward themselves, and that makes me super emotional. Just, in life sometimes there are these rougher patches and moments, they can become so very bleak, as we see with poor Yamazaki, but if you just give it time things will change and the sun will come out again; and I loved how this episode represented that. In the end, the favorite pigeon came back and that was enough to start changing the tide. And we see the same with Rei, as long as you keep working and plunging along things will change, and the sun will come out again. It works out great with Yamazaki's saying as well, I'm realizing now XD Through the whole thing, I couldn't stop thinking that Yamazaki reminded me of Ushishima, but Aone is another *great* choice for a Haikyuu character to relate him to. Hina and Rei are freaking precious, and I LOVED all their scenes here. I'm so happy that Rei showing up brightened Hina's trip so much that she actually enjoyed it and could talk excitedly about it to her family. Now, she actually has good memories of that dreaded trip. Akari and the grandpa are seeing the signs with Hina and Rei XD Now, we just need Hina and Rei to see the signs themselves.
