Blue Lock Season 2: Episode 3 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

Comments

Thank you for the comment and kind words! There were so many good moments in this episode! And yes, agreed about Egos goals and what he’s looking for! It will be interesting to see how Ryusei and Rin, who are subjectively more talented players are “subjected” by Isagi and possibly put to work to keep up with Eita and Tabito! 😛 Ooohhhh maybe Isagi being like Oikawa in this episode is why I liked him! That’s such a great point! I love that comparison - but yeah, how Bachira will handle working with them will be interesting, but maybe he’ll be more like Hiori and be just fine! And yes, Hiori (speaking of which) and his message about thinking and reacting was SO GOOD! That’s awesome how you relate to your experience as a pianist in that sense! But yeah, if he doesn’t make the top 11 but led Isagi to that point? Oof. That’ll be roughsville. And REO AND NAGI PLAYING TOGETHER! I demand we see it this next episode! And the timing of the Nagi movie coming out around this episode? I hadn’t thought about it that way, but it definitely seems intentional! Thank you for the comment and now, off to watch Episode 4!

This episode was a lot of fun to watch. I think I lost my breath when Isagi missed that perfect shot that Hiori had set up, and that's a great indicator of a good episode. I agree that Ego must be looking for players that can play well in a team as well as individual strength at this point; it would make sense considering they have an actual match coming up. Plus, it's not just that they are good players, but that they remain individually strong regardless if they are playing a supportive position for this one play. Which, you, neither Ryuuse nor Rin are particularly good at, while Tabito and Eita seemed more well-rounded with it, and we know from the previous season that Nagi does okay with it as well. As strong as they might be it IS a weakness, and it's fascinating that Ego did not warn them to look out for that as he did encourage all the others. Good on Isagi for finally getting to the subjugating part! Isagi reminded me of Oikawa from Haikyuu a lot this episode. Bringing out the best in his teammates and elevating their play styles and overall performance by simply being there because of his own strengths. Like, he brought Team A together in a way that I seriously doubt anyone else can. Which also makes me worry about Bachira, though I think he can assert himself just fine, but it is a concern. The idea of reacting without thinking kinda struck me in the face, and I really related to it this episode, which made me like the episode more. As a pianist, yeah, you have to drive that deep into your muscles and trust them to go along, if you pause and try to think of the next key to play, the next movement then you're already too late and it'll sound bad. So, Hiori telling Isagi to just trust that his body knows what to do? Yeah, I understood that to a very deep level. Oh, no, now that you mention it, it WOULD suck if Hiori didn't pass now that he has helped Isagi so much T_T I hope he's okay. REO IS PLAYING WITH NAGI AND IF WE DON'T GET TO SEE THAT MATCH I WILL GO ON A STRIKE. Honestly, I think that considering they gave us the Nagi movie it's pretty sage that we will see the match, but I will cry if we don't.
