This joke originated because some jackweed was trying to hate on Harvest Moon Furfest (a furry convention with an all-POC staff) and made a fool of themself by using the phrase 'socialist teeth' to describe furry icons featuring characters with bared teeth. This only succeeded in giving the con more exposure. lol
