I was not expecting this episode to pack such a punch - not only with the humor, cuteness, but with the heartfelt moments - this time between human and yokai! The story may seem simple here, but sometimes, that's all it takes to really drive home the emotion! This yokai is also one of my favorites so far!

I think it works to reiterate the importance of making the right choice. My favourite moment is Karikami (amazing design, yes) saying: “A request? If you have the Book of Friends, you could simply order me.” Always an example of Natsume doing the right thing – and being very polite about it, too! 🥰 Looking forward to next week! 💙
