She really does and I feel for Juri so much! I would have given a lot for "I kissed a girl and i liked it" in this episode! *cries* I honestly think this is one of my favorite episodes of the series so far! 2025-01-29 00:30:35 +0000 UTCJuri feels so much more mature than all the other characters, especially in this episode. She has to deal with so much, and she keeps true to herself! We needed some Katy Perry for this episode... It felt so wrong, it felt so right... but sadly our "I kissed a girl and I liked it" moment isn't the miracle that wins out! Overall this episode feels like one of the deeper and most well-written episodes of the series to date for me. Crazy we're reaching closer to the end! I'm loving the show each week.

Maybe with it being more on the line (Juri's "eternity" in her love of Shiori) than a traditional fencing duel, making it more like a rose duel? Good things to ponder on! Thanks for the comment!

2025-01-20 03:06:35 +0000 UTCSomething I noticed is that when Juri challenged ruka to a duel I assumed they were going to have a fencing duel, however even though they use fencing swords they duel as if it were a battle for the rose ride where basically anything goes. So rather than a proper duel which would be about jsut the two of them and have proper dueling rules, because of shori it becomes a lawless rose bride duel.
