I was NOT ready for this snowman yokai -- y'all, I haven't been gripped by something so cute and creepy in so long, but should we be surprised by Natsume at this point?!
This OVA was honestly ADORABLE and precious and I'm so glad I watched it! I loved it even more than last week and it has me so ready for Season 5! Also, We review Volume 10 of the manga, which had some surprises!

Thank you so much for the comment and kind words! Ahhh, this was such a fun OVA! That yokai is just...I cannot with how cute they are! And yes, it was so great to see how much Natsume has progressed through the first four seasons with his character and this OVA helps to highlight that so well! It was great seeing him happy, especially with the Fujiwara's! Thank you and YES! Season 5 starts this next week!! YAY!! I can't believe it's been a YEAR of Natsume!

Such a treat of an OVA and seems like the timing worked out beautifully for you with a snowy day. 🥰 The yokai was adorable and your journey with it was a great time. A very strong contender for the battle of the yokai! 😂 In this version of subtitles the name is 'Fluffy' but in another I’d also seen 'Puffy-puff' - I love both of those names. 😂 My favourite line from the episode is from Natsume when he is thinking of how he feels now that he is with the Fujiwaras: “Now, even the things I’d wanted to forget feel precious to me.” This works so well as progression from the three-parter season 4 finale. In general the episode was lovely in terms of how happy Natsume was – and I adored watching him find small ways to ‘help’ and enjoy having the opportunity to do so (e.g. carrying the box, putting the tin somewhere he knew they’d notice it). Sweetest bean! 🥰 Looking forward to next week! 💙
