Cherry Magic: Episode 9 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

Comments

Thank you for the kind words and comment! This episode was just slapping us with the happiness from last week with a reality check! And that is such a true point - I feel Tsuge being an author may help him with using the ability and Kurosawa is SUCH a dreamer and idealist that of course he would LOVE for this to be a thing – it’s hilarious the irony of the “realist” Adachi being the one to struggle with it the most! And yes, Adachi got caught up with everything, but I’m glad that he’s showing signs he’s going to maybe work through things…now we just have to wait and see! I cannot WAIT for this next week!

Romaniablack

Hello Could you plz edit the part about the manga being different from the anime? Romania doesn’t like to know this because if she decides to read the manga she wants to be surprised Thank you for your understanding ..

Loved the reaction and discussion! “Sad but necessary” is the perfect way to describe this episode. 😭 One thing I found really funny is the fact that Adachi has had his power the longest, Tsuge the shortest and Kurosawa doesn’t have it at all - and yet it is Tsuge and Kurosawa who are so much better at using it to their advantage. 😂 Poor Adachi, the ever struggling bean! “Quit getting into your own head and listen to what he’s telling you!” is so very fitting for Adachi, even with the power to read others’ minds he gets caught up in his own anxieties and presumptions. That’s actually a very realistic representation of the ‘wizard’ bit of the show’s title, I feel. Looking forward to next week! 🍒

Sunspots

I think the age difference between Tsuge and Minato is fine, mostly because they both met as an adults, it's not like Tsuge know him when Minato was 14 or somethin. When they met and befriended each other Minato already had collage, had a job and a hobby that could also work as additional job. He may be younger and less experienced in life but he is for sure an adult with his own life and independency. But it's still an age gap that they need to learn to navigate in their relationship. Also I do not really like the translation of Minato's thoughts because it's more like "he is reliable kinda like a dad" or something than "he is like he could be my dad" which changes meaning a little bit. Still kinda RIP for Tsuge in that moment hahah
