Buddy Daddies: Episode 3 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

**PATERNAL HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

Well, this show gets better and better and this is my favorite episode so far! I absolutely LOVED the development and backstory we get with Rei, our quiet, gloomy man with apparently...a child's heart! His journey in this episode and development with Miri was BEAUTIFUL!

And we get more breadcrumbs thrown at us for Kazuki as well, as he works to track down Miri's mother. This episode had my heart; I love these PAPAS!

RIGHT?! I went into this series not expecting to get as on board, AS FAST! But I really have! I'm hoping with Rei's father, it's the latter, and that he'll warm up to be a grandpa to Miri, but I'm not holding my breath, just in case. @_@ And yes, Kazuki has a lot of internal barriers and insecurities it seems, but I'm rooting for him! The mother conversation was SO REAL -- I hate that she feels that way towards Miri, but can completely see where she's coming from. This series already has my interest and my heart! Thanks for the comment! <3

I didn't expect to love this series and characters as much as I do now. With Rei's father we can definitely go two ways. Like you said, either he's so dedicated to his work that he doesn't put parenting on the first place or he does this so Rei gets strong to be able to protect himself. Which doesn't make it better but at least he would care, in his own, not good, way, for his son. It's clear that Kazuki would love to be a father but doesn't think he can be one. For more reasons than just his job. The confrontation between Kazuki and Miri's mother was really good and felt realistic. I definitely feel bad for her. I'm curious how the story will go.

Thank you so muccchhhhh -- this is currently one of my favorite episodes, too! I originally didn't think Rei would grow on me that fast...and now he's one of my favorites! I love how Miri is letting him re-experience his childhood, while she's allowing Kazuki experience parenthood -- it's so beautiful! I love that we're getting more layers with these characters and yes, the realism of this show -- like the confrontation with the mom -- is so great! Such a wonderful episode! Thank you for the comment!

Oh i couldn't wait to see your reaction to episode 3, i love it! I really like the character of Rei, seeing a small part of his past, his childish side and how much he is actually already tied to little Miri. It was already seen in the first episode, when he brought the cat home, his desire to take care of someone but at the same time his inexperience in the matter (and if i remember correctly from one of Kazuki's lines, it wasn't the first time he brought home a pet). I also really liked Kazuki. It's nice to see the development of the characters and their depth, their "fears" or hesitations. Their being aware of the work they do and the consequences this may have on others. I really like it because Kazuki and Rei are much more than they seem at first sight and have many facets. Not to mention Kazuki's confrontation with Miri's mother, it's creepy because it looks so realistic. Episode 3 is truly one of my favourites!
